ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm Kishna, the founder of Exponential Growth & Development, LLC., but most people know me as "The Grant Lady". I am a business consultant, certified business coach,  serial entrepreneur, and grant writer. I have a degree in Social Work and have been working in the non-profit sector since 2001. I have helped establish over 30 businesses, have acquired over $3.5 billion in grant funding, and have facilitated 10 grant writing and business development workshops. I've facilitated and talked to over 2,000 young people through workshops and seminars, and I currently serve on the board of 3 non-profits focused on serving youth. I love helping people bring their ideas and passion to life, and I love working with kids even more.
